Vibe2Code Client Agreement
Welcome to vibe2code.in. By using this website or contacting Vibe2Code for services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
This website is a portfolio and information platform for Vibe2Code. It is used to showcase our services, our workflow, and our work approach. You agree to use this website only for lawful and respectful purposes.
Vibe2Code provides services such as website development, web applications, mobile apps and APKs, UI/UX design, custom software, and e-commerce solutions. The exact scope of each project will be discussed separately and confirmed before development begins.
Each project follows a structured process that includes discussion, understanding, research, proposed solution, approval, development, review, testing, and delivery. The client is expected to participate actively during review and approval stages.
Vibe2Code may use a man-hour based working model for project estimation and pricing. Project charges, delivery stages, and implementation scope will be shared in the quotation, proposal, or agreement for each project.
The client is responsible for providing all required inputs needed for the project, including business rules, content, images, information, formulas, approvals, credentials, and any other project-specific materials. If client feedback, content, or approval is delayed, the project timeline may also shift accordingly.
Payment terms are project-specific and will be discussed separately before work begins. An advance amount may be required depending on the project and scope.
Any third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, APIs, plugins, or external services will be shared transparently with the client. These costs will be billed separately through quotation or invoice as applicable.
Vibe2Code will maintain and manage the source code during the project unless a separate transfer arrangement is agreed upon. If the client requests source code ownership or transfer, it may be offered at an additional cost and under separate agreement. Purchased third-party resources related to the client project may be released or transferred where technically and contractually possible.
Maintenance is separate from development. Any maintenance scope, support duration, and maintenance charges will be discussed and agreed upon separately after the project phase.
Vibe2Code may showcase completed work in its portfolio only with client permission. Client names, project visuals, screenshots, or case studies will not be published publicly without approval.
If a project is canceled, the refund or adjustment will be based on the amount of work already completed and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
We aim to deliver high-quality and practical work, but final results may depend on project requirements, client inputs, and approval timelines.
Vibe2Code may revise these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
